Headers, not your inbox
By default CTD stores only email headers - from, to, cc, bcc, date, subject and signatures. We never store the bodies of your emails; they stay on Microsoft and are only ever previewed on demand.

Grant read-only access and CTD parses email signatures for phone numbers and titles, and lets you preview your full email history with any contact for instant context.

Sign in with Microsoft and authorize access. Choose metadata-only - email addresses, subject lines and timestamps, for accurate scores with nothing stored from your message bodies - or add read-only access so CTD can parse signatures and let you preview email history. You can also connect your Outlook calendar and contacts, always read-only, so your meetings and saved contacts strengthen your scores too.
Enterprise (admin)
Your Microsoft 365 administrator follows CTD’s setup link, approves the CTD Connector app in Microsoft, and grants only the access you choose: metadata-only or read-only email, optional send, and read-only Calendar and Contacts.
