CTD's full dataset is available via REST API — not just for CRM sync, but for any internal tool your team builds or uses. If your org has a data warehouse, internal dashboard, or custom scoring model, you can pipe relationship intelligence directly into it.
What's available via API
The API exposes everything CTD knows about your network:
- Paths — warm paths to any company or person reachable through your org, with relationship scores, connector details, and path stage.
- Reachable people and companies — list everyone your network can reach, globally or filtered by criteria.
- Target accounts — push your account list into CTD and pull back enriched data including scores, paths, and field values.
- Job changes — signals when contacts in your network change roles.
- Ghost email activity — asks sent, approvals, and replies.
API access on Business Edition
Business Edition includes API access as part of the package — no separate API fees. Once you're on Business Edition, you can build enrichment workflows, trigger lookups, and query paths without worrying about additional costs.
Authentication uses ctd-api-key and ctd-client-id headers. Full reference at app.ctd.ai/account/api-access/documentation.
CTD exposes everything via API — relationship graph, warm paths, reachability, job changes, ghost email activity, target accounts, and more. If you're building a data warehouse sync, internal dashboard, or CRM enrichment pipeline, the full reference is in the CTD API guide. Start with Building your relationship intelligence stack for integration patterns, then go to the Workspace API for the full endpoint reference.
