Your LinkedIn network holds years of professional relationships that may never appear in your email history. Importing your connections gives CTD a more complete picture of who you know — expanding the warm paths available to you and your team.
- Go to LinkedIn's data export page and request your data (full archive).
- LinkedIn will email you a download link.
- Download the file and unzip it. You'll find
Connections.csvandmessages.csvin the same archive — you can import both. - Go to app.ctd.ai/accounts, scroll to the LinkedIn section, and upload the file — or if you have the CTD MCP, drag and drop the file into Claude and tell it to push your connections to Connect The Dots.
To update your connections later, come back to the same page and click Reimport next to Contacts.
Tip: Import your LinkedIn messages too, so CTD can weigh the strength of your LinkedIn relationships more accurately. See Import LinkedIn messages.
