What are CTD Lists?

CTD Lists let you organize companies, people, and job-change signals into curated, shareable collections — then layer your team's warm path intelligence on top. Whether you're working a target account list, tracking conference RSVPs, or monitoring job changes across a portfolio, Lists give you the workspace to do it collaboratively.

There are three categories of lists, each designed for a different workflow:

Company Lists

A Company List is a collection of companies you want to track or engage. You can create one three ways:

• Static — upload a set of company domains or LinkedIn URLs. The list stays fixed until you edit it manually. Good for a defined target account list.
• Dynamic — upload the same company domains as a static list, then add persona filters (seniority, function, title). CTD shows only the people at those companies who match your filters, grouped by company. Good when you need to focus on specific roles within a set of target accounts.
• Salesforce sync — link the list 1:1 to a Salesforce list view. CTD pulls updates from Salesforce automatically, once per day, keeping both systems in sync without manual effort.

Static company lists support three views: List (tabular), Board (Kanban, paid plans), and Paths (warm intro intelligence, paid plans). Dynamic and Salesforce sync lists do not have multiple views. See List views: List, Board, and Paths.

People Lists

A People List is a collection of specific individuals, not companies. Two creation types:

• Static — upload email addresses or LinkedIn profile URLs directly.
• Dynamic — upload company domains plus persona filters (location, seniority, function). CTD returns matching people as a flat list of individuals — same input as a dynamic company list, but results are not grouped by company.

Static people lists support List, Board (paid plans), and Paths (paid plans) views. The Paths view is especially powerful — it surfaces your team's warmest connections to each individual. Dynamic people lists do not have multiple views.

Job Changes Lists

A Job Changes List monitors a group of people and alerts you when someone on the list moves to a new role or company. Two creation types:

• Static — upload a list of LinkedIn profile URLs. You get notified when any of those people changes jobs.
• Dynamic — define a set of companies and a target persona (e.g., "CEOs and founders"). CTD tracks job changes for anyone matching that persona at those companies, continuously.
