The Connect The Dots team is building the ultimate relationship intelligence & engagement platform that revolutionizes how companies & employees leverage their collective networks.
CTD goes beyond existing relationship management tools by seamlessly synchronizing your email accounts and LinkedIn. Our advanced algorithms map and score your relationships, enabling you to identify the strongest pathways to the people and companies you want to reach.
Here is what is now live in the Winter '24 Release!
Load your target accounts into CTD, and see a map of everyone you know and everyone you could reach.
Define your persona and ideal connectors - Select the seniority, function, and location of the people you want to reach. You can also select just co-workers or a specific set of outside connectors to focus your list.
Preview as - Lets you browse the list through the eyes of your connector to show you where they can be most helpful.
How does this drive pipeline? Your sellers should be looking to connect the dots and multi-thread deals 100% of the time. This ensures no unseen connections get missed. You could also set a goal like, ⅓ of your total prospects come from warm relationships. This is a pipeline tactic that helps you sell high into the organization and often has a higher win rate.
Demos ➜ Create your list | Work a list | Share a list
Take the cognitive load off your connectors and share people they know well that you want to reach. All your connector needs to do is scan the list and click offer to indicate where they’re comfortable lending a hand.
Share with an individual or a group or people - Either way, everyone gets a personalized view of where they can help based on the overlap of your target criteria and the best relationships in their network.
Works across multiple list types - Do you work out of people lists? Or are you focused on selling at the account level? In either case, you have a way to share your list and generate offers for help.
How does this drive pipeline? Let's say you start with a list of 100 accounts, and you upload them to CTD to find the ones with the most connections and most influential relationships. You then share that list of 100 accounts with 30 people. This could be just coworkers for starters or maybe you've got a set of outside connectors you're comfortable working with. The 10 minutes it took for you to share that list might yield you 150 offers — 5 offers from each person you shared the list with!
Demos ➜ Share a list | Receiving a list and offering help | Offers Inbox
As a busy executive, it’s very difficult to carve out time in your day to reach out to 20 people in your network. When you've got your team teeing up ghost emails for you, this becomes a very high-leverage motion and puts you in complete control.
How does this drive pipeline? When you leverage clout and warm relationships, people are far more responsive. This is a high-leverage activity because it takes less than a minute for a CXO to review a ghost email request, make small edits, and hit send. Making intros and getting meetings is a way to source pipeline, but don't overlook the value of ghost emails from executives throughout the sales cycle. That sponsorship and multi-threading is going to lead to deal acceleration and higher win rates.
Demos ➜ Ghost Emails | Bulk Personalized Emails
Be the first to see when your contacts change roles or companies. CTD recommends an email template if you want to reach out.
How does this drive pipeline? Knowing when you've got a champion on the move can be very valuable. Do you need to shore up executive bridgets? Could they recommend you to their new company?
With CTD's External Connectors, you can share networks like they are a member of your company. This allows you to magnify the number of people you can reach through someone with aligned incentives.
How does this drive pipeline? If you want to increase network-sourced pipeline, invite external connectors to join your Supergraph. Amplify your network by establishing new pathways to generate more warm pipeline.
See which of your coworkers are successfully connecting the dots. What companies are they getting connected to? And who are they leveraging to help?
How does this drive pipeline? Peer pressure. By highlighting the bright spots, you can get others on the team to follow suit.
Create templates and folders that can be leveraged by anyone on your team. This is especially important if you have external members or Superconnectors that have particular templates they like to use to engage their network.
How does this drive pipeline? Your connectors are more likely to send lots of ghost emails on your behalf if you use a pre-approved template. There is nothing worse for a connector than having to re-write the email every time.
This is CTD's data science at work. Identify stale email addresses to reduce your bounce rate, and send it to the best address the first time.
How does this drive pipeline? A bounced email is wasted energy. Ensuring it is delivered to the right spot the first time increases your success rate, and leads to more meetings.
