Connecting CTD to Claude (MCP Setup)
CTD's MCP server lets you use your relationship graph directly inside Claude and any other MCP-compatible AI client — ask who you know at a company, find the warmest path, and draft the intro, all in plain English. There is no code and no API keys to manage.
Before you start
- Your workspace admin needs to enable the Connect The Dots connector once (see Add CTD to your organization below).
- You sign in with your existing CTD account when you authorize — you only ever see what you can already see in the CTD app.
Add CTD to Claude (per user)
Once your admin has enabled the connector, authorizing it takes about a minute.
- In Claude, open Customize.
- Under Connectors, find Connect The Dots and click Connect.
- Click Allow access to approve the authorization. CTD is now available in your chats.
Add CTD to your organization (admin)
Do this once for the whole workspace.
- In Claude, go to Organization settings → Connectors → Add.
- Choose a Custom connector, then Web.
- Enter the connector details:
- Name: Connect The Dots
- MCP server URL:
https://app.ctd.ai/mcp
Use CTD in other MCP clients
Any MCP-compatible client — Claude, Cursor and more — can connect to the same CTD server at https://app.ctd.ai/mcp. Add it as a custom or remote MCP server using your client's connector settings.
Verify it is working
Open a new chat and ask something like “Who do we know at Stripe?” CTD should respond with people from your network and the warmest path to reach them. If nothing comes back, confirm the connector is authorized and that your admin has enabled it.
