The CTD Salesforce integration brings relationship intelligence into your existing sales workflow. Warm paths, network scores, and connection details appear directly on Salesforce records — so reps don't need to leave their CRM to find the best way in.
What the integration does
- Displays the top warm intro path to a contact or account on the Salesforce record
- Shows relationship strength scores for contacts
- Surfaces job change alerts as Salesforce tasks
- Allows reps to initiate ghost email requests directly from Salesforce
- Logs introduction activity back to the CRM as activities
Step 1: Connect Salesforce
In CTD, go to Settings → Integrations → Salesforce. Click Connect and authorize CTD with a Salesforce admin account. CTD requires read access to Contacts, Accounts, and Leads, and write access to Activities and custom fields.
Step 2: Install the CTD Salesforce package
CTD provides a managed Salesforce package that adds the relationship intelligence panel to your Contact and Account layouts. Install it from the AppExchange or via the package URL provided in your CTD settings.
Step 3: Configure field mapping
Map CTD fields to your Salesforce schema in Settings → Integrations → Salesforce → Field mapping. See Enriching CRM data with CTD for the full configuration guide.
Step 4: Enable for your team
Once connected, the CTD panel will appear in Salesforce for all users in your CTD workspace. Individual reps may need to log in to CTD once to authenticate the connection.
